The City of Austin Green Neighborhood program is designed to encourage neighborhoods to use green building practices through environmental projects, education and support for individual homeowners.

One of the projects is Storm Drain Stenciling. The City of Austin uses tiles applied to the top of the drain to deliver the message. 

The few drains i have checked are already marked.   Does anyone out there know if all of Allandale's drains have been marked?
